Plate Creation

As per the approved design, a printing plate is created. This printing plate can be reused for future production as well, and we store printing plates for each client for up to 1 year since their initial order. So if you reorder the same batch within 12 months, you can save the cost of the printing plate.

Inking & Transfer

Printing Ink is applied to the plate, transferred to the rubber roller, and then the design is printed onto the cardboard. Our printing machine supports different material options. Up to 400 GSM Cardboard is easily used. If you have a higher GSM requirement, please consult with our sales representative.

Layering Colors

Our machine operator may conduct multiple layers to achieve the accurate Pantone and gradient as per the client’s design file requirements.

Finishing

The printed material is laminated after the printing process is complete. With this, the life of printed material increases, and print colors do not fade over time.
