The most important thing is paper. Generally, business cards are made on 300-350 GSM cardboard. A good way would be to make it slightly thicker. Go for option of 420 OR 550 GSM. But you don’t want to overdo it. Going thicker may be unpleasant for your receiver to keep it. Another way, instead of a typical Matt Or gloss printing card, you may use textured OR uncoated paper.
