Customized Cup Sleeves

Custom branded cup sleeves are widely used in cafes and the restaurant industry. They are used for branding as an alternative to printed paper cups or printed pet cups. The printed cups require a high MOQ and small businesses might not afford printing of those cups OR sometimes even storage. At that point, printed sleeves work as an alternate solution. Another reason it is used is for hot beverages as it provides added support for heat resistance from paper cups.

Material of Cup Sleeve

Different materials can be used for cup sleeves, The most commonly used is corrugated cup sleeves for hot beverages. It is cost-effective and also provides the best heat resistance. Food Board material OR kraft paper is used and is majorly used for cold beverages OR Pet cups. Food board is used when you are looking for base color brand printing as it gives the best printing quality and kraft is generally used by brands who present an image of eco-friendly.

Assembling

Sleeves are shipped in 2 ways. Assembled OR flat packed with double tape. Assembled sleeves have marks of creasing on both sides, but the benefit of this is easy placement on cups. Whereas flat-packed cup sleeves require some times for assembling but they appear more neat and are without creasing marks.
