What is Screen Printing?

Printing screen also known as printing positive is created for this. For each color a seperate screen is created. It is one time charges, for repeat print you can save cost on previously created printing plate. We store printing plates upto 12 months since the last order.

Printing Process

The printing screen is placed on top of the printing material and ink is pushed on the screen. After the print next printing material is placed on the printing table. (ether cardboard Box OR Apparel or any other item)

Layering

If it is multiple color print, then the same printing process is applied via different screens with its respective colors.

Curing

Once printing is completed, it is either dried Or passed through slight heat so ink could dry and the printing becomes strong.
